Delete My Data

MCP Factory respects your right to have your personal data erased. This page explains what data we may hold and how to request its deletion.

How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• Which data you want deleted (or state "all my data")

We verify every request before acting on it, so please send it from the email address associated with your account where possible. If we cannot verify that a request is genuinely yours, we may ask for additional information rather than delete another person's data by mistake.

What We Delete

On a verified request we permanently delete:

• Account and contact details you gave us (name, email address, phone number, company)
• Messages, form submissions, and correspondence you sent us
• Stored credentials, tokens, and integration connections associated with your account
• Usage and log data tied to your account, where not required for legal or security retention

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. Backup copies are purged on our regular backup rotation, within 90 days at the latest. We will email you to confirm once your deletion is complete.

Data We May Keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we have an overriding legal need - for example, invoices and transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes, and records needed to establish or defend a legal claim. This retained data is never used for marketing.
